its model Deco M4R but i cant find it in the models
so ive moved to a new house, and i have a new wifi network. ive been trying to connect my pc to the extender for it to get wifi but the extender will not get connected and keep turning red. the router is not tp link and nor are any of the other wifi devices in this house. please help
@eparon not sure I understand what is happening, but if it helps any your M4R if it is like the M4 supports router or access point modes. Either way it would need to be connected via Ethernet cable to the new system to set it up/work...
If I'm reading this right you are trying to add the MR4 using the deco app and the app isn't finding it yes? Try adding it as M4
