Can't no longer access Deco web portal

I can't no longer access the Deco web portal.
When trying to access the portal through web page using my Lan IP, I get a access denied. The site https://tplinkdeco.net also does not work. Did something change?
How am I supposed to manually upload/update firmware if it don't show up in my deco app. Majority of the time I use the portal to upload the firmware.

See if any of the following help
1. Basic Troubleshooting
-
Restart Devices:
Reboot your computer and your TP-Link router to refresh network connections.
-
Check Internet Connection:
Verify that your device is properly connected to the network and that your internet connection is stable.
2. Clear DNS and Browser Cache
-
Open Command Prompt as an administrator, then type
ipconfig /flushdns
and press Enter. -
In Google Chrome, type
chrome://net-internals/#dns
into the address bar and click the "Clear host cache" button. -
Manually set your DNS server to Google's public DNS: 8.8.8.8 (preferred) and 8.8.4.4 (alternate). You can find instructions on how to do this in your operating system's network adapter settings.
3. Check Your TP-Link Deco Device
- Use the Deco App: On your Deco app, go to More > Internet Connection > IPv4 Connection > DNS Address. Select Manual and enter your preferred DNS server settings, then save them.
4. Advanced Troubleshooting
- Disable Antivirus/Firewall: Temporarily disable your antivirus and firewall software, as they can sometimes interfere with DNS settings.
- Scan for Malware: Run a malware scan on your computer to check for any malicious software that might be causing the issue.
- Update Network Adapter: Ensure your network adapter drivers are up-to-date.

I appreciate all the tips and tools for helping me fix the issue.
I decided to try my LAN IP on my mobile phone and it opens up the tplink portal with no error message. I discovered that it's my antivirus blocking the page. I marked it as an exception and it seems to work now.
