I have Hard Reset the TL-WA801ND Access Point Multiple times.  Unit tested with both POE and transformer connected. 

First three green LEDs come on solid.  Fourth red LED is NOT lit, therefore no wifi active.  Browse to AP ip address assigned by DHCP and receive TP-Link log-on page.  Attempt log-on with default UN & PW (admin, admin) without success. Suggestions???
