Model: RE205
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version: 1.0.23

Initially, the WiFi network was setup with the Range Extender connecting to the TP-Link router as Easy Mesh. Devices connecting to this network configuration were unstable. I disabled the Easy Mesh, and turned off the 5 gHz band on the Extender. I enabled the IoT network on the router and connected the Extender to the IoT network. I then reset all the IoT devices to connect to the separate IoT network. I connected some devices to the Extender using the IoT_EXT network. Immobile devices were connected to either the IoT network or the IoT_EXT network. Only the main router network has 5 gHz and 6 gHz enabled. Since setting up this WiFi network configuration, my home WiFi smart things have been stabilized.

@FixMacs That sounds like anything but EasyMesh.  Sorry to read it took such great lengths, and thanks for sharing.  Do you mind sharing the router model (and HW Version)?
