I recently purchased this extender and it was working great. I came home today and it wasn't working but the solid blue power light was on. I tried unplugging and plugging it back in and nothing changed. I then tried to reset it multiple times 3,10 and 30 seconds waiting for the light to blink or do anything.  When I plug in the extender all the lights turn on for about a second and then just the solid power light stays on. I don't know if there is another way to reset it or if I'm just out of luck now.

To reset the RE, when the RE is powered on, use a papaerclip to press and hold the reset button for about 10 seconds:

When you press the reset button successfully, you should feel / hear a brief click.

If this doesn't work for you, contacting your local support would be the best option.
