Model: Deco M5   Deco M4
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: Cant access to check but system was on auto update

I have a 1800 square foot home with 2 levels raised ranch style. I have 3 M4's and 3 M5's. I have been going on with out a hitch for years maybe had this happen one other time but it was an easy fix. I have a complete smart home with between 40-50 devices, including appliances and security. My entire deco network has completely disappeared. I have done all of the trouble shooting muktiple times with zero success. I tried re-addung the main deco in hopes that I would be able to update and refresh memory. I tried with multiple decos. I am a single mom with two small children and a full time job and I dont have time for this kind of thing. Not to mention the stress it causes because when things like my locks fail to work it quickly becomes a living nightmare. Please tell me there is a way to fix this or that my entire system is backed up on the cloud and i can somehow access through there. I visited other threads where the same thing happend and there were no answers on some of them and nothing helpful in others. I need help badly. This issue and how its resolv3d will seriously shape my future with TP-Link and like i said until now no real ussues of convern. Please help.

Do you know if you made a backup of your deco settings?

If yes see this post https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/4739/

If not you may have to reset each deco unit by pressing the reset button on the bottom of each deco unit and then rebuild the network from the beginning. You can still use the same SSID and password you used the first time and everything should reconnect.

Need help with the Deco app, setup, Ethernet backhaul, network switch or rolling back firmware? Router or AP mode? https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/forum/topic/699816?page=1
