@Hastingsmn Welcome to the forum.  I am afraid your AX3000 router supports up to 1 Gb speed Ethernet and is not ideal for 2 Gb service.  If you are allowed to return/exchange it for a different model I would highly recommend that vs trying to sort out why you aren't getting around 94x Mbps speed tests...

  @Hastingsmn I'm afraid most/almost all router manufacturers advertise their routers based on maximum WiFi throughput.  This is because they know most purchasers will connect multiple/many devices via WiFi, and it can handle communication among devices effectively as such.  I would dare say it is borderline false advertising because as I mentioned the specifications show 1 Gb Ethernet ports, so even if you connect your 2 Gb service it is immediately capped at 1 Gbps both download and upload.  It is troubling that you are getting such limited upload speeds (low 100s) which should be around 940 Mbps, both ways, but I am hoping the store you purchased the AX3000 allows returns/exchanges and you can get something more appropriate, vs troubleshoot why you aren't getting 1 Gbps.  To take advantage of your service speed ideally you want a router model with 1 minimum but in my opinion better with 2 2.5 Gb Ethernet ports.
