I first purchased my RE300 several years ago when I was hooked up to the local cable company which was on 2.4G. Even though it was active all those years upstairs in my living room, barely used it. Now I dropped my cable and went with T-Mobile, and have a T-Link gateway. Unfortunately, my RE300 will not hook up to it and it is 5G, so is the RE300. Is it because of the transition to T-Mobile?
@Fuzzylogic_55 You may have to reset the extender and redo the setup on it.
Were you able to reset the extender and attempt to reconfigure it for your new network, as DVair recommended?
If you're still having trouble even after resetting, have you tried any of the other available setup methods, like the WPS button, web UI, or Tether app?
