system all good except one. Getting connected ok but shows limited. What is this??

Can you provide a screenshot of the error? 

Need help with the Deco app, setup, Ethernet backhaul, network switch or rolling back firmware? Router or AP mode? https://community.tp-link.com/us/home/forum/topic/699816?page=1

I hate this windows crap. No error specified. Just limited text shows next to connection. 
 

now if we connect to old WiFi it works.
