My router's wireless internet won't connect to the internet. My desktop connected by ethernet connects to the internet. WiFI devices can connect to the router but not the internet. They also disconnect frequently. 

Back of the router says:

Model: Archer AXE75

AXE5400 Tri-Band Wifi 6E Router

US/1.6 (I'm assuming this is the hardware revision.)

I can't tell you the firmware version because I can't open the admin panel. It times out when I try to connect to it from my desktop. 

Things I've done so far:

Turn off and wait 30 seconds before turning it back on.

Factory reset

None of what I have done has worked. Also when I do a factory reset, it won't let me finish the setup. It times out on the 4th or 5th step. Then it won't let me access the admin panel.
