It appears that TP-Link upgraded their Android network management app.

 

Now I cannot connect to my existing network. It wants to start the setup all over. 

 

X20 router and mesh network are working with WIFI 6, but I cannot connect the TP-Link app as I have done for years.

 

Both cell phone and laptop connect to WIFI and internet as always.

 

Can't tell you X20 the hardware and software versions because I can't get the app to work!

 

Deco app version 3.10.8.

 

Is there a solution or work around? Can't find anything here or online.

  @SteveSeattle I'm assuming you've linked your "ownership" to your email address, and that the Deco app is logged into your bound account email properly.  If it's really lost then you may need to hard reset the units and reconfigure/re-setup, unfortunately.
