I know there's probably no solution, but I thought I'd ask anyway.

 

Our power and Internet connection were knocked offline during a storm last week. The power and the Internet are now back. But the Deco isn't coming back online.

 

Since it doesn't think it has an Internet connection, I'm pretty sure there's no way we can reset it remotely.

More info: we were out of town when the power went out, and we are still out of town. I was able to verify with the cable company that the Internet is working to the modem that would also mean that the electricity is back.

Another user had this same issue this year. I'm afraid to say that the one way to get the deco back online is to physically reboot it,
