It keeps telling me incorrect network key. I assume that is the password I created? I even changed it and it still keeps telling me the same thing. Is the network key NOT the password I created?

Okay, I understand that you are having trouble connecting to your Deco Mesh WiFi network because it keeps saying the network key is incorrect, even after you changed the password.

To clarify, the network key is the same as the WiFi password you created for your wireless network. When prompted for a security key or network key, you should enter your WiFi password.

If you have recently changed the password and it still does not work, please try the following steps:

1. Double-check the password you are entering. Make sure there are no typos, and pay attention to uppercase and lowercase letters.
2. If you are connecting for the first time, check the default password or PIN on the bottom label of your Deco device. This is usually an 8-digit number and serves as the initial security key.
3. If you have forgotten the WiFi password or the default password is not working, you can perform a hard reset on your Deco device. After the reset, use the default password to reconnect.

If you continue to have issues, please let us know the steps you've tried so we can assist you further.
