I cannot get my HP Printers (ENVY 4502 and Smart Tank 5000) to connect to WiFi via my new Deco router Wifi7 BE14000. Any advice. Is this a router issue?

Are you getting any errors? If so can you please provide screen shots?
Also can you please provide the hardware version of your deco's? YOu can find this on the bottom of each unit. Also please provide the firmware version you are using. You can find this in the app by going to more > system
Need help with the Deco app, setup, Ethernet backhaul, network switch or rolling back firmware? Router or AP mode?
