Please try again later" when trying to rename some of your client devices in the Deco app, even though it works for others. You've already updated the firmware and rebooted the system, but the issue persists.
This error can occur when the app has trouble communicating with your Deco system while saving changes. Since you've already rebooted the Deco, please try these additional troubleshooting steps:
1. Wait a few minutes after opening the Deco app before attempting to rename the devices. Sometimes the app needs time to fully sync with your Deco network.
2. Force close the Deco app completely and reopen it, then try renaming the devices again.
3. Ensure your phone is connected to the Deco Wi-Fi network (not cellular data or another network) before opening the Deco app and making changes.
