Hello I have two deco be63 mesh wifi 7 units they are hooked up via Ethernet cable on a 2 gig x 2 gig network. Just noticed that one of my deco units is ona different firmware how can I get it updated to the same newer firmware that my other deco is on. When I tap and check for updates it says that it's all up to date. But obviously it's not
Have you tried checking with the web Ui?
1. Go to http://tplinkdeco.net/ and sign in - use the same password you use to log into the deco app
2. Once your logged in click on Advanced
3, Click on System from the menu on the left
4, Now click on Firmware Upgrade
5. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Check for upgrades
