Recently after coming home, I noticed my iPhone 16 did not reconnect. It won't take the password. I tried numerous things resetting both the iPhone and the Wi-Fi system.  
 

Unplugged all three towers let them sit for two minutes and reconnected them turned off my iPhone and reconnected it. It still won't receive the iPhone.

 

In my known networks, it saved, but just won't connect to it  

Do you have any suggestions?

Since this is a specific device having trouble connecting to the Deco Wi-Fi network, please try the following troubleshooting steps:

1. Check Access Control: Go to the Deco APP > MORE > Access Control (Allow List or Block List), and check if your iPhone is mistakenly blocked.

2. Delete the device from offline client list: Go to the Deco APP > Client List (in the offline client list) > Find your iPhone (if it exists) > Delete it. This will remove its connection preference settings which might potentially be causing the issue.

3. Disable Fast Roaming: Go to the Deco APP > MORE > Advanced > Fast Roaming, and disable fast roaming.

4. Change encryption method: Go to the Deco APP > MORE > Wi-Fi settings, and change the main network encryption method to WPA2/WPA-PSK. Then try connecting your iPhone again.

5. Check for iPhone-specific warnings: Since iOS 14, Apple devices may show "Privacy Warning" or "Weak Security" messages. If you see these:
   • For "Weak Security": Ensure your Deco's security is set to WPA2 Personal (AES) or WPA2/WPA3 Transitional
   • For "Privacy Warning": Enable "Private Wi-Fi Address" in your iPhone's Wi-Fi settings for this network

6. Forget and rejoin the network: On your iPhone, go to Settings > Wi-Fi > tap the (i) icon next to your Deco network > Forget This Network. Then reconnect by entering the password fresh.
