I currently have the AX3000 (Archer AX55) and EAP-225. Are these 2 devices compatible with each other using a wired connection with POE? Is there a certain process to connect them or setup?
Or what other options do I have to connect an outdoor extender or mesh with POE?
@DStodd I checked and the EAP225 comes with a PoE adapter/injector. So you would connect Ethernet between AX55 LAN port to the adapter. Also connect an appropriate AC adapter to the adapter. Then connect PoE capable Ethernet cable from output of adapter to the EAP225.
Please note that the EAP225 is an Omada product which is controlled via different controller/software than the Tether app used to control the AX55...
