BE63 Mesh network doesn't recognize any USB drives
Running a new BE63 Deco mesh network and tried to add an external drive for shared storage. First I tried a WD 8 TB MyBook drive. It's formatted FAT32 and is readable from my laptop. I first connected it to the unit upstairs device closest to my office but nothing showed up after scanning for devices. The drive didn't spin up or anything - just sat there like a brick. I took it downstairs to the living room and tried with that unit - nothing. Then I went to the basement thinking maybe it only works on the main unit. This one's harder to access but I connected it and once more - nothing. Then I got out a 64 GB thumb drive and repeated the same trials with no response from any of the units. I tested the thumb drive in my laptop and it immediately loaded up. I checked the format and it's set formatted as FAT32.
The device details in the app provided the firmware details but I couldn't find the version anywhere. The documentation is pretty sparse on these things but the label on the base says "US/2.6" so I'm guessing this is a version 2 device.
Anyone have any suggestions?
