I have forgotten the password to connect my Deco units to my TV.  How do I get a new password for this?

You can find or change your active Wi-Fi password directly from your phone.

 

  1. Open the Deco app while connected to your Wi-Fi.
  2. Tap Wi-Fi Settings (or go to More > Wi-Fi Settings).
  3. Look for your password field. Tap the eye or 'I' icon to reveal the characters.
