Hey all,

 

I'mlooking for some ideas as to how I can setup my S500D switch. Its installed and works manually but I can't get through setup as the switch WiFi either doesn't show up to join or, when it does and I connect to it, the device fails to ever be found through the app.
 

I have tried hard resetting the device and flipping the breaker. I have also confirmed that I have no VPN running on the phone when the app tried to find the device. As a side note, I have about a dozen other Tapo/TP-Link devices and was able to set them up without issue. This is the first one that I can't get through setup for.

 

Any thoughts/pointers are appreciated. Thanks.
