Welcome to the community.
There are two things going on here: devices dropping from the network, and the Deco Wi-Fi not being easily visible during reconnection. Here's what to try:
For devices dropping connection:
1. In the Deco app's client list, select the affected device and verify that Speed Limit is disabled, Mesh is set to "on", and Connection Preference is set to "auto".
2. In the Parental Control section of the Deco app, make sure your devices are not accidentally restricted by any parental control profiles.
3. Ensure your devices are connecting to the nearest Deco unit with a strong signal, and are using the 5GHz band rather than 2.4GHz — 2.4GHz is not recommended for high-speed or latency-sensitive use. Try toggling Wi-Fi off and back on on the device to reconnect.
For the Deco Wi-Fi network not being visible or hard to find:
1. Open the Deco app, go to MORE > Wi-Fi Settings, and make sure your 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks are enabled and not hidden.
2. Go to MORE > ECO Mode (if available) and make sure ECO Mode is disabled, as this can affect Wi-Fi availability.
3. Try updating the Wi-Fi driver or operating system on the affected devices.
4. Test with another device to see if the issue is specific to certain clients.
If the issue continues after trying these steps, please reply back to this post.
Thanks
