Welcome to the community.
While deleting the device from the offline client list does resolve it temporarily (as it clears stored connection preference settings), there are a few additional steps you can try to prevent this from recurring:
1. Check Access Control settings: In the Deco app, go to More > Access Control (Allow List or Block List) and make sure your MacBook is not accidentally being blocked.
2. Disable Fast Roaming: Go to the Deco app > More > Advanced > Fast Roaming, and turn it off. This can sometimes interfere with specific devices reconnecting properly.
3. Change the Wi-Fi encryption method: Go to the Deco app > More > Wi-Fi Settings, and set the encryption method to WPA2/WPA-PSK. Then try reconnecting your MacBook.
4. Keep firmware and app up to date: Go to More > System > Update Deco in the app to check for firmware updates, and make sure your Deco app is also updated via the App Store.
Since your MacBook is set to use a fixed private MAC address on this network, the issue is less likely to be MAC-address-related, but the steps above — especially disabling Fast Roaming — are worth trying to prevent the recurring disconnection issue.
If the problem continues after trying these steps, please reply back to this post.
