The latest V2 firmware, which should be at http://www.tplink.com/res/down/soft/Archer_C7(EU)_V2_160616.zip, is not there. The file is missing.:(

The correct link to Archer C7 V2 EU firmware can be found on the page http://www.tp-link.com/en/download/Archer-C7_V2.html#Firmware .

But make sure first you actually want the EU version, not the US version before downloading.

The subdomain of your link above seems to be wrong. It is http://static.tp-link.com/res/down/soft/Archer_C7(EU)_V2_160616.zip ( static.tp-link.com, not www.tp-link.com).
