Firmware Version: 3.17.0 Build 20161008 Rel.64225n
Service Provide: CenturyLink (Denver), modem is zyxel c1000z in transparent bridge mode.

I put the the C9 in place about 5 days ago. Changed the zyxel c1000z to transparent bridge and everything was working fine for about 4 days. All of a sudden I'm getting intermittent internet connectivity (wired and wifi) and the only thing that seems to resolve the issue is powering the C9 on/off or rebooting through the admin page. System logs dont see to indicate anything. Anything guidance, suggestions are appreciated.

When losing the connectivity, could you login to the webpage of router then check the WAN status?

Thanks for the response. I will check the WAN status next time it happens, but here are the systems logs when connectivity was down -

I did make one change yesterday which seems to have help so far... I changed the DHCP "Address Lease Time" from '2880' to '120'. Since making that change the connectivity has been stable for about 18 hours.

Dropped connectivity again...

My connectivity dropped again last night. A reboot from the admin site restored connectivity. I attached the logs pre and post reboot.

Here's the WLAN info:




Any help, guidance is greatly appreciated!

Hi , please try to change the MTU size to 1300, the default is 1480.
In Advanced - Network - Internet - PPPoE Advanced to change.
If the problem still exists, try to use MAC clone function, clone your computer's MAC address.

At last, I suggest to contact their support team for help if the problem still still still exists.
