Hello
I've had an Archer C7 router for about a year and it worked perfectly. Suddenly, it started having problems: the system light would go on, and I could no longer connect to it via wifi or ethernet. The only way to reconnect was to turn it off and and back on.
I contacted TP Link and got a replacement. I installed it, and in 3 days the same issue started happening. I have tried updating the firmware and resetting the router to factory settings, but the problem keeps happening.
When I connect my devices directly to the internet jack on the wall, it works perfectly. I also tried connecting an older router that I had (from another brand) and it worked for several days with no issues.
I have no idea what the problem might be, and would appreciate help solving this issue.
Thank you

How about EU V4?
I am having the same problem as deboralbasso. My archer C7 V4 is now dropping connections, frequently, at least once a day, and I have to reboot the modem to get it working again

How will we know when this bug fix is incorporated into the stable firmware?

It is in FW 18 (v.18305 and some FW 17 Betas ) along with the KRACK Fix and SMB2 fix for C7 V2 as far as I am aware
EU, US, and CDN versions at least.

Hey Admin
Even I was facing this same problem, my router was not working. So with the help of one app called ShowBox application
https://downloadshowboxforpc.com
With this I was able to solve the problem and it worked out.

I just purchased a router from amazon a week ago and I just set the router up and every time I connect to network, any network rather it's 2.4 or 5 gigahertz the guess network disappears same way other way around. I updated the firmware if this is not a bug how do you fix it the router I have is the Tp-Link Archer A7... i know the c7 and the a7 is the same
