Model : tp link ac750 re200Hardware Version : Firmware Version : ISP : How do i enter a user name? I am only offered a password tab.Can this be done or should I return it to the store?

Did you ever figure out how to get to the username and password page for your tp-link, or did you return it? I, too, am only getting to a password page. Have been working on this for hours! Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

The default wireless does not require a username or password, however access to the UI does.  By default the username and password are both "admin"

@M4panther To acess web interface you can use default
IP : 192.168.0.1 
username : admin 
password : admin
