Digicert Certificate Agent causes Archer C7 to kill all traffic on WAN

I have to reboot the router to allow traffic to reach the Internet when using the Digicert Certificate Agent.
I have it scan multiple https sites that use the same shared SSL cert, during this process the router bocks all traffic on the WAN interface.
[*]The only thing in the router system log are DHCP requests
Router information: H-Ver = Archer C7 v2 00000000 : S-Ver = 3.15.1 Build 160719 Rel.57530n
Has anyone else had similar issues?
