Hi,
I upgraded the firmware of my 5400 tri band. All of my wireless networks are there and working. But when I attempt to log in, it now just asks for my password... No username. I have not used the one that was provided by TP-Link and I cannot find the card. How can I login with the other account that I was using before and not the built in admin account. Or do I need to do a factory reset? But I still don't have the password from the card.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try to clear the browsing history of your browser. And then check again.

That did not resolve the issue. What is the default admin password?
