C3200 running unified with guest network. I can see in status that the radio bands are set to auto, but the 2.4ghz ones are set to a busy channel.

On the advanced->wireless->wireless settings page, all I see is this, no option to select channel or disable auto mode. Any ideas?

Do you have SmartConnect turned on? You should be able to make changes once you turn that off, then you can turn it back on once you have finished your changes. That's how it is on the C5400 anyway.

I've tried that, but it just resets to auto when I turn the smart connect back on. I can tell because when I option click the wifi symbol on my mac the wifi is no longer on the channel I chose.

Hmm, weird. Have you written to customer support to ask about it? Maybe there's something in the firmware that prevents both SmartConnect and channel choice.

Yes, you are right, that's what customer support said. Weird because I can still turn the bands on and off even when smart connect is on. I just can't select the channel. Thanks for replying!
