Hi folks,

I'm trying to remotely manage my router but when I log-in remotely I see an empty frame with no code. I'm using the latest firmware and I've double checked the remote settings (port 1024, 255.255.255.255)

If I log in locally, there's no issue.

Anyone know what's going on? I can't seem to find a solution anywhere

What about the firmware version on your Archer C50?
Have you tried another port, such as the standard port 80 for HTTP?

Hi Anton,

Firmware: 0.8.0 0.3 v005c.1 Build 160801 Rel.73434n

I've tried both 80 and 8080 with the same result. I've tried rebooting to see if that would help but no luck

Can you show us screenshot from Remote Managnet setup? Do you have public IP address on WAN port? Have you tried remote access from another IP address, another localisation?
