I have servers and a printer on my LAN which are currently setup with static IP addresses. How do I set these up on the Deco M5? Also, is there an ETA on the AP mode that was mentioned in the other threads?

Currently, Deco doesn't support to assign static IP addresses to different devices.
However, it will support it in future firmware updates by adding a new feature called Address Reservation. In addition, AP mode will be added as well.

What version of firmware will have this feature? I'm on 1.2.12 and still unable to assign specific static IPs to clients.

it's available on 1.2.12 unless deco is set in Access Point mode. http://www.tp-link.com/en/faq-1795.html
