Block Port 53 on Archer C1900

Hello all
I am trying to force all the devices on my wi-fi to direct to the OpenDNS servers.
I've read on openDNS that I have to block port 53 on my router, but I don't know
to do that. I have an Archer C1900. Screen shots of how to do this would be most
helpful. So far I have only been able to block certain web sites. If someone can
provide screen shots for the rule entry, host entry, and target entry I would
greatly appreciate it. Like I said, I've been able to block certain sites, but
I need to be able to have my whole house on the OpenDNS servers.
Thank you all for your help!
