TP-LINK TL-WDN4800 Dual Band Wireless N900 PCI Express Adapter Not connecting to 5Ghz Network

Hello,
I'm using this network card on Windows 10 and for some reason is not connecting to my 5Ghz Networks.
I'm able to connect to it with my phone, and the network adapter is showing all the 5Ghz networks, but I dont know why, when I try to connect it gives me an error (like if it disables the device) and then it connects to my 2.4ghz again.
Any ideas why this might be happening?
is really frustrating since the reason I got this card was to have dual band.
Windows installs Qualcomm Atheros AR938x Wireless Network Adapter Driver by default.
I also tried installing TP-Link driver and it didnt work.
Thanks in advanced.
