My USB 3.0 drive does not show up on the network display on Windows 10 machines. Am I doing something wrong or is there a bug in their software?

The drive shows up on the router - no problem. The router does NOT show up on Windows 10 networks. The router's USB drive does NOT show up on any of the network windows.

The Neighborhood Network is where all networked devices show up for use on all Windows based devices (computers, phones etc.) If it does not show up here other applications (in my case Kodi) can NOT find it for use as a stored files device.
