HELP! - I am setting up an Archer C7 AC1750. I just had a cable modem installed today and I want to add the wifi router. When I go to tplinkwifi.net or 192.168.0.1, nothing works. I can't get to a sign in page to install the wifi router. Customer service isn't answering my phone call.

It could be that your device (PC?) does not have an IP address, because there isn't a router to assign it one. If so, give it a static IP, such as 192.168.0.10. The process varies depending on OS, but you can do this on Windows via Network Neoghborhood. Find the adapter properties, and then the setting to either obtain IP automatically, or assign a static one.

Make sure your computer is connected to the router directly when you are trying to login with tplinkwifi.net or 192.168.0.1. You can refer to the FAQ to setup.

This is what I did and resolved my problem:

1. Disable the WiFi of the router my pressing the back button (I have td-w8961nd), for yours check your manual for how to disable it.
2. Restart your modem/router.
3. Connect to your PC to modem/router using the LAN cable.
4. Enter 192.168.1.1 in your browser and you are done.

N.B after enabling the WiFi you have to restart your modem to take effect, but you will no longer able to login again

I hope this will work for you
