Model : TL-WDR4300

Hardware Version :

Firmware Version :

ISP : xFinity/Comcast

Is there a compatability issue with the old TL-WDR4300 model router and the new TC-7610 modem? We are trying to get our wireless network reconnected, but getting a message that cable is unplugged, even though it is plugged in. Or do we just have a bad cable?

Thanks for any advice!

There isn't any compatibility between them. If it shows cable unplugged on the TL-WDR4300, you can probably check the hardwire connection between the router and the modem, try different cables and make sure the cable is connected properly.
