My archer c9v1 does not recognize the usb disk in either usb port. It worked fine until a week ago, and then it just stopped working. I have tried restarting the router with no luck. I have tried the disk plugged directly into my computer, and it works fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Is the USB light on?
You need to return it and get a replacement from your retailer or TP-Link if the usb light is not on.

If the usb light is on but the router can't recognize the the disc,you can try another disk or format the disk
