Model : AC1900 (Archer C9)

Hardware Version :

Firmware Version :

ISP :

I am unable to connect to the administrative menu of my Archer D9 router. It doesn't matter if I enter http://tplinkwifi.net or http://192.168.0.1 — I get this error:

I can ping both tplinkwifi.net and 192.168.0.1 and have no problem getting to the repeater via tplinkrepeater.net. I've tried accessing the router from my MacBook Pro (connected wirelessly) and my Dell Windows 10 machine (connected via cable). I've powered off then powered back on the router but it's made no difference. What else can I try? It wouldn't surprise me if I've overlooked something basic — technology has changed a lot since I retired 11 years ago! I freely admit I'm obsolete! :D

Disconnect all of the other devices and only connect one device to the router(via cable or wifi), clear the cache and history on the web browser and turn off the firewall and anti-virus programs then have a try. Try different browsers, or other devices like cellphones. If still not working, can try reset to factory defaults, but you will lose all the settings if you reset it. If still not working, call TP-LINK hotline for help.
