Archer C7 5GHz Problems

Hi all,
Today I received my Archer C7 and the signal was very sporadic, so after reading, I updated to the latest firmware (170525). After this, my 2.4GHz signal was stable, but my 5GHz service disappeared altogether.
Prior to updating, the 5GHz service worked (although very inconsistently). The 5GHz light does not appear on the device and I cannot see the 5GHz service on any of my devices.
Things I have tried:
Rebooting the device
[*]Restoring the device to factory settings
[*]Reverting to the firmware the device arrived with
[*]Changing the channel
[*]Changing the mode
So far, nothing has worked. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
