Hi all, new to this forum. Quick questions, I recently had to replace my Verizon Fios router and reset up my RE650. This time around using the WPS button it would only connect to 2.4g, not the 5g as before. After using the troubleshooting I called Tech. support. They walked me through setup manually. After setup, my home wifi showed one 2.4g connection and two 5g connections. These connections are definitely mine by the prefix codes associated with them. Only the 2.4g light is lit on the RE650 but I can connect to both 5g signals and the 2.4g. 1st question, since I can connect to both 5g signals does that mean that the RE650 extender 5g is working properly even though the 5g light is not lit on the RE650? 2nd question, since I'm only showing one 2.4g connection does that mean the RE650 extender is not putting out a 2.4g signal and it's only my router that I'm seeing? Thanks for any help you can give me.
