Model :

Hardware Version :

Firmware Version :

ISP :

Everything went smoothly setting up the M9.

When I tried to add M5 to the M9, the app will remove the M5 unit from the network as soon as I finished setting M5 up. The light will turn from green to red, then the update firmware screen will come up.

M5 will keep updating the firmware, but the unit will never get updated.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
