Archer C5400 Dropping WiFi

Archer C5400 Dropping WiFi

Firmware Version : latest

Bought the C5400 about 6 months ago and its been working great until last night. None of the devices in the house would connect to the internet via WiFi. Connecting a laptop to any of the LAN ports worked. I tried rebooting the router until it finally worked again. Although it took about 3 reboots (pulling power cord).
My son just called me and told me the problem happened again and he can't connect to WiFi from his iPhone, laptop or desktop computer. Also, none of the streaming devices in the house cant connect (Amazon Fire TVs, tablets, smart TVs).
My last thing to try is resetting to factory settings and re-configuring the router, which I was hoping not to do since it's somewhat of a PITA.
