Model: Archer A10
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.2.0.9.1

Purchased this unit July, 2019, one year ago. It's been working perfect until about two weeks ago when the wifi began dropping two or three times a day.  Each time I reboot and it runs fine for a few hours until the next time.
ISP is Xfinity, no outages in my area from them; modem is a Netgear CM1100,  it has remained online without any issue all this time.  I don't want to believe a one year old unit is already a paperweight.  Any suggestions?  Thank you.

Are you dropping both the 2.4 and 5 GHz bands? If only one, then it may be some interference of some type.

@ArcherC8  I hadn't thought of that.  I'll check that when the problem kicks in again and reply here.  Thank you.

@ArcherC8  Just dropped off again, both bands and my ethernet connection, also.  As has been the norm, I perform a manual reboot and I'm back online until the next seemingly random drop.

Check the modem logs if you have any and see id there are any events at about the time of the outage. It may be the modem or the ISP. Also I would change the cable between the modem and the router with a known good one. Also be sure the cable from the ISP is not loose that is attached to the modem. If you have splitters or other connectors in the ISP cable, check those also.

@ArcherC8  If there are any modem logs I don't know how to access them.  The modem, router, and all cables were replaced a year ago.  So I'm operating under the assumption the cables aren't the issue.  I confirmed the all connections are tight, also, and no splitters in the setup.

Cables can go bad especially if moved. Switch a few around if possible and see if the problem changes especially the one between the modem and router. Also disconnect and reconnect them. Check your user manual for your modem in how to sign on to it. Mine uses https://192.168.100.1/ Sometimes you may need to connect the PC direct to the modem bypassing the router in order to get to it. I have Xfinity and there is a splitter to go to my TV and modem in a box on the outside wall. At a previous home, I had just the splitter on an outside wall (no box) and it would get corroded.

@ArcherC8 Got into the modem's log, but I'll be damned if I understand any of it.  I've attached it here.

I can say I do not understand them either. What I look for is 'critical' messages at the time of the loss of service and then I report the findings to the ISP. If no messages found about the time of the loss of service then test the ISP/modem by connecting a PC direct to the router for a period of time.
