Deco M9 parental controls: "related profile has been removed"

Hi. I've been using the deco m9 for a few weeks now and repeatedly get parental controls alerts in the app, like "susie attempted to visit facebook". This is fine, except whenever i click on the alert i get the message "the related profile has been removed". Am I missing something? is there no way to get more detail about these alerts?
