What is the procedure to connect the AC2300 to a Hotspot.  My phone provides my internet at home and I need the AC2300 to use the phones wifi.

@TGPB

Here is a FAQ that we have which will show you how to connect your router to a wireless network.

That link is for an AC2600 not AC2300.

I used my phone for my internet via Hotspot.  That article is about exteneding your coverage in a large house.

The settings are the same for the AC/C2300, and yes this guide is what you should follow.

No

"Note: WDS bridging only requires configuration on the extended router"

Your phone is the "root" router, and the C2300 in this FAQ is your extended router.

@Tony

So today I tried to log into my router via http://192.168.0.1 and tplinlwifi.net and was unable to get anything.  I even connected with a ethernet cable with the same results.  I finally resorted to resetting the router and configured the basic with the cable connected.  I setup both the 2.4 and 5.0 radios. I turn the bridge on for the 2.4 and turn the DHCP to off and save. When I go to the LAN setting and change the 192.168.0.1 to 192.168.0.2 and click on save  A box pops up and says the following "The router is skipping to the new login page"  Then I goes to the tplinkwifi.net page that says "Trying to configure the router"  I try 192.168.0.1 and am unable to log into the router.  I check for the new wifi connection and nothing is showing up.  Tried turning the wifi on and off,  Have to reset and tried this severl times with the same results
