Poor & Slow RMA Support
Completed all requirements for replacement of non-functional adapter. Tech support email directed me to log into my TP-Link account which I did and still no RMA for adapter. Not sure why the replacement process is so slow and difficult to navigate. Seems company does not care for their customers. Makes me think that purchasing their Network products (purchased their Poe switch recently) is taking a chance on support and quality. Waiting on email for RMA for faulty adapter soon.
