registering the product
upon entering the s/n from the box or the unit itself, the system says that SN doesn't exist....what do i do????

Some products that were sent to retialers dirrectly may not have been uploaded to our warranty system's database. This can very eaisly be resolved but contacting the HD to manually add the serial number in the system. From there you can then properly register the serial number.

@Carl Have an invalid serial number. Your answer to HD is not very helpful. What is HD and how do I contact them? Thank you

HD referes to the Help Desk. They can be reached by call 866-225-8139 or chat from our live chat service. You just need to explain that your product is not registering. They will assist you from there.
