Hi..

 

when I ping to router iP It seems to spike ( in wireless connection),  As you see here:

 

but in wired connection this is not happened:

I tried to change the channel but still the same.. any solution please?

Are you seeing this with other devices or just the computer?

 

As far as the router you can go to Advanced > System Tools > System Parameters, and disble WMM to see if that helps.

It Happened with all devices :/

Also it happens frequently but not always 

 

So should I turn off wmm?

Correct, try to disable WMM. I tried to look for any other firmware, but there isn't any.

 

You could manually upload the latest firmware in case the issue may be resulting from software having an issue.
