NetGear extender with a TP-Link AC1750 router?
Hello a friend has an Archer A7 AC1750 router... He has a dead spot in a corner mounted TV in his basement and wants to know if he can use an old NetGear WN3000RPv3 range extender??

Ya, the NetGear should work. Just note that the range extender will only be able to extend the 2.4GHz network, not both.
@Tony I am using A6 router and netgear extender. Could you pls share me the details of configuring A6 and netgear as one mesh? Using teh Teather app, I am not able to locate the netgear extender even though phone is connect to wifi extender.
